1. Services Provided
PestZero provides professional pest control and extermination services. All services are performed by licensed and certified technicians in accordance with state and federal regulations.
2. Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with PestZero, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your pest problem and property
- Allow our technicians reasonable access to perform services
- Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
- Pay for services as agreed upon
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance
- We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- We will notify you if we need to reschedule due to weather or emergency
4. Pricing and Payment
- All pricing is provided before service begins
- Prices are based on property size, pest type, and infestation severity
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks
5. Service Warranty
We stand behind our work. If pests return between scheduled treatments:
- Contact us within 30 days of treatment
- We will re-treat at no additional charge
- Warranty applies to the specific pests treated
- Property must be maintained in similar condition
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Secure pets during service visits
- Remove or cover food items as instructed
- Follow all safety instructions provided
- Notify us of any health concerns or allergies
- Maintain property to prevent re-infestation
7. Liability and Limitations
- We carry full liability insurance for your protection
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
- Results may vary based on infestation severity and property conditions
8. Safety and Chemicals
- All products used are EPA-registered and approved
- We use eco-friendly solutions when possible
- Material Safety Data Sheets available upon request
- Follow all re-entry and safety instructions provided
9. Referral Program
- Referral credits apply to future services only
- Both parties must be new or existing customers
- Credits issued after referred customer's first service
- Cannot be combined with other offers
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Contact us first to resolve the issue directly
- We will work in good faith to find a solution
- Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
